So glad you're back! And, wow, you've been getting into top form, huh? Kudos!

Thanks, I can't remember ever feeling this good physically, despite the ageing.

Young Géoff!
That first sentence was hilarious. The photo does lend it's self to a prison story.
Welcome back. I'm going to be here. I've decided it's a good place to be.

I like it too ed_rex August 20 2013, 04:51:46 UTC
"Géoff"? Actually, when I was a kid, a couple of teachers insisted on calling me Geoffrois (pronounced, roughly, jeff-roi).

I'm glad you're back, and sticking around too.

I believe it! I like Geoffrois. I have always read your name as "Young Géoff" because it feels youthful like your spirit and it rolls off the tongue.

I've decided that it's important for me to be here. I need a journal to let go of all of myself so I can read my life back to myself and realize what is important, how I really feel, etc. I also think it's important for my development as a creative individual. :)

Hmm ... ed_rex August 24 2013, 19:38:47 UTC
Young Géoff, eh? Well, coming from you, I think I like it. But like a few other nick-names I've picked up over the years, I rather hope it doesn't spread too far afield. (It's funny how a nick-name from one person can be just fine, while the same word from someone else's lips can make you cringe.)

I also think it's important for my development as a creative individual. :)

Spoken like a true archivist; Young Gé approves.
