A city without alleys

A city without alleys is no city at all - and yet, here I now live (again).

What does your week look like? Other than Wednesday evening, I have no plans, day or evening. Can I treat you to cheap Vietnamese food and some beer?

Despite my discomfort about being treated, I won't say "no" (though I hope I'll have come into some cash before the end of the week - we'll see). In fact, I'd like that very much.

I never thought of Ottawa like that. I always appreciated it for what it was the times I have visited. I never looked at from a residents point of view.

You can bad mouth the Nation's Capital all you want, but at least its not Sudbury. Culturally, even North Bay has Sudbury beat.
