Everyone's favorite MC is releasing his first solo CD, 1st & 40, this Friday, Jan. 6. In an astounding coincidence, it also happens to be his 40th birthday!
Bulletproof is taking orders for the new CD. This is their managers' site, not a fly-by-night e-tailer or anything.

Julie was in fine form at the Oct. 22 show, and gave her pipes a serious workout.

She had her first chemo session yesterday. I am reliably informed by cancer survivors that chemotherapy is not at all fun; I'm sure she'd appreciate prayers/warm thoughts/fingers crossed in her honor/etc.

Spent the day Saturday at the Festival for the Eno here in Durham, NC. I've been living in Durham for almost 3 years, but have somehow managed to miss the festival every year.
