Alright, I'm pretty certain that at least a good half of the characters that replied beforehand have wordlessly withdrawn their offers, so I think I need to call for an update as to who is willing to have their characters join Lelouch's...arsenal.
No real pressing impending plots or anything right now. Just an update, 's all.
So far I have confirmed:
AU!Sephiroth
AU!Elena
AU!Kallen Stradtfeld
AU!Li Sheifa
OU!Fai D. Flowright
OU!Johan Andersen
OU!Princess Elise
AU!Rhyme Raimu
AU!Cheshire Cat
OU!Faith Lehane
AU!Jenova
In case anyone reading this is unfamiliar, Lelouch basically has a mind control power (Geass) that inherently screams "Godmodding!" and thusly calls for an ass load of OOC planning. Which can become pretty annoying pretty fast for some people. It's just...an unfortunate prerequisite for playing with Lelouch. So instead of asking each individual player for permission to take control, I find it much more efficient to just have a standing list of those who are willing in 'reserve'. If your character isn't offered as a victim, I will automatically assume that they are off limits.
A quick rundown, there are some rules and restrictions on Lelouch's geass. They are:
- -Immortals are not affected.
- -Commands will be issued verbally.
- -The victim must make direct eye contact for commands to be issued.
- -Commands may be issued only once to any given individual, but any number of commands may be issued at initial application so long as eye contact is unbroken.
- -The victim's memories for the duration of command issue and execution are sealed and cannot be recalled.
- -An action will be carried out for as long as dictated in its command. If no time frame is specified, the command issue will terminate upon completion if the action is circumstantial. If the action is not circumstancial, the command issue will continue perpetually
Once a command is issued, the victim is essentially a slave to it. Any moral or emotional reservations that the character may usually have about the task are completely nullified. Carrying out the task is of the utmost importance to the victim and at the forefront of their thoughts.
That said, any new future 'victims' are always welcome to join the list! (God knows Lelouch needs them..) If you have a character that is on the list I may message you and call on them at any time, but I will never expect you to place your characters in a situation that you are uncomfortable with or are unsure about.
Edit: In return, I fully expect that Lelouch will be on the receiving end of many an ass-kicking for his actions. Every character that Lelouch interracts with officially has my permission to exhert their wrath upon him to the extent that they desire. Just short of death, of course. I am very aware that Lelouch is a character whom I will have to exert a bit of torture upon from time to time. Or with every entry. But, hey. The guy can only blame himself. Most of the time.
