Fubuki was roused from his dreams by the sound of breaking glass.

"Huh? Whazzat?" he mumbled into the pillow. He rolled over groggily, realized that there was no one else in the bed with him, and woke the rest of the way up. "Ryuuji? What's going on?"

Just like he'd thought. Otogi lifted his voice just a little to be heard. "Nothing. I just dropped a glass." He started to pick the pieces up carefully and hissed as one cut into his finger sharply. "Damn it."

"Don't hurt yourself," said Fubuki. He got out of bed and went to have a look at the problem. "At least get a paper towel or something to clean it up with... What are you doing out of bed anyway?"

Otogi sucked on his cut finger a little before he answered. "Woke up thirsty." Which wasn't entirely true, but wasn't not true, either.
