Batman caught a glimpse of the youth on his first round through patrol, but heading out he didn't take any cause to be curious of the event. It wasn't all that unusual, and at the moment it was vaguely heartening to see someone continuing their preparement for a final battle.

However, on the return trip through he finally noticed who it was--and therefore how unusual a sight it actually was. Though his eidetic memory was gone, he'd spent enough time memorizing the compound and its routines that he could easily remember this sort of thing.

Quatre Winner--though a youth of remarkable talent, and trained in combat as far as he could figure, did not usually practice said skill. At least... not with such vigorousness.

He came in low for a landing, second-thought the process, and instead used his newfound abilities to hover several feet above the rooftop in one of the corners.

Just because Batman was a ghost didn't make him automatically invisible. For the most part, that wasn't how it worked in the world these powers came from (though Bats didn't really know that). On the other hand though... when Quatre didn't notice him he began to wonder. It wasn't the fact that Quatre couldn't sense him; Bruce had studiously avoided that aspect of the Gundam pilot, and not only that but for all he knew ghosts couldn't be sensed the same way as living beings could. And he was using the ghost powers so maybe that was it.

No, he began to wonder on Quatre's intensely focused state of mind. He set down on the rooftop and almost immediately phased through half way into the room below before he stopped the error and corrected himself. He was still getting used to this, that was for sure. He tried again and managed to set firm feet on the ground.

In the meantime, his concentration on controlling the ghost powers, and voiding them for the moment, caused his form to become visible once more.
