Keiji hurried to meet with Gaz. It seemed both of them ended up being busy. Which really, he hated. He didn't like being away from Gaz.

Hm, maybe that's why he involved Funabashi with his work? Work with those you like and you don't have to be away.

Once he caught sight of her, he smile, walking up and immediately wrapping his arms around her. "Hello mistress."

Gaz embraced him and managed an awkward smile. Those stupid butterflies she got briefly when seeing Keiji aside, she was glad they had a little time together. It seemed like everything lately was getting serious, and dangerous: what time was there to be with the person she cared for and just relax? The timing sucked, but there was little either of them could do about that.

Gaz spread out a heavy blanket. There was still plenty of rocky terrain due to all the ice, which Gaz hoped had been tapered down with the heaviness of the blanket.

"Sit," Gaz said. "I think I finally wound up making something pretty good."

Keiji sat obediently, smiling wider than he had in a while, which was a pretty wide smile. "I like all your cooking. It's nice to have homecooked meals after years of only resturants."

Gaz shrugged, even though she looked pleased. "Yeah well, I'm pretty new to that stuff. My idea of cooking back home was a bag of chips and a good game to play. I've evolved, I guess."

Gaz was a little envious about the restaurants though. She was always up for trying new foods.
