Summary: Mel heads over to Faye's for their first face-to-face and share a few drinks from the Johnnie Walker blending kit Mel had gotten Faye for Christmas.

The pink and black haired vampire slayer exited her bedroom, pulling on her slightly oversized black hoodie. She wore slacks, her boots, and a long sleeve shirt underneath. Her scythe wasn't strapped to her back, it was laying safely in the bottom drawer of her dresser. Her red blaster, on the other hand, was strapped to her hip. It's not like she'd venture out after dark without any protection. That was just spun.
Mel gave a polite wave to Ned, who was in the kitchen then exited the apartment, closing the door behind her before heading down to the ground floor. Bracing herself, she opened the door, a stiff wind blowing through the open doorway and tossing her hair. Reaching up, she covered her head with the hood before heading out into the cold, one hand on her hip, near the blaster.
Soon enough,. she reaced the third apartment building, stepping inside and started down the hallway to Dyo, not too far from her old room. Lifting a biker gloved hand, she knocked on the door several times, then took a half a step back and waited.
