Summary: Harvey and Preston meet to discuss the options between their two exclusive groups--on how to deal with villains.

Preston arrived in the empty lot an hour ahead of time. It was both a courtesy and to make absolutely sure that he was the first to arrive no matter if Harvey was an early "bird" or not. It also gave him time to clean the dusty space enough to hold their meeting if it had never been used before. Not in a long time anyway.
He mentally noted to suggest using this empty space for a holding area to Ivanov later.
By the time noon rolled around Preston had two chairs and a small table set up between the two, and the immediate area around the furniture was clean of any rubble and dust and other nonsense. With the vaguely stained off-white walls surrounding on all four sides the room became eerily reminiscent of an interrogation room as it were. Preston sat with a straight back in the chair facing towards the entrance of the non-shop and waited for Dent's arrival.
