Characters: Fay D. Fluorite (AU) and Kurogane (AU). Where: Mui-dyo. When: After this. Summary: Fye comes over to help with the removal of demon chairs. Warnings: Some awkward-ness around each other mostly?
He managed to get two of the four chairs up the stairs, losing two legs in the process. Those he'd pick up on the way back down or something. The chairs seemed to dislike the idea of moving out of the apartment if losing legs was the same as kicking and screaming for a chair. Of course, they were just crappy chairs. Kurogane wondered if there was a reason he had kept them and tried to fix them so often. Whatever, they were almost gone now. Though he still had other chairs to drag outside.
Setting one of the chairs down, Kurogane knocked for the cat. He reached down to pick the chair back up, idly doing his usual hope that he wouldn't have to talk with that vampire. Something slammed into the door which made him stand up quickly and give the closed door a wary look. Someone actually. Kurogane looked over Fye a bit questioningly, "... Where do you want these?"
Sighing heavily since the trip had left him with a slightly achey ankle, Fye tried to ignore the curious glance he just knew Kurogane was giving him. "In the room to the right, I've been staying in there."
Fye wasn't bleeding so Kurogane didn't ask for now. If the other had just tripped or misjudged where the door was then the cat was more likely to have a bruised pride then anything else. He stepped in past Fye, casting a glance around the apartment, "Right." Kurogane started to make his way towards the room indicated. He was tempted to ask what Fye was going to do with the chairs, but it was none of his business and he was just glad to be rid of them.
He was glad Kurogane's hadn't asked. Fye hadn't thought to come up with an excuse because he figured Kurogane wouldn't care really what he did with the piles of wood. He followed Kurogane by listening to his foot steps. "Thank you," he said politely. Since really he owed the other for bringing the chairs over. He hoped Kurogane hadn't carried too much weight for him, after all he couldn't see. Kurogane didn't sound like he was struggling though.
