Summery: Ling's invited Alice to go camping on the roof. She accepts.

Ling, meanwhile, had already arrived on the roof, having slipped out the window shortly after learning that his other roommates were going to be busy that weekend. He knew what it was like living with a Judai and two Johans, and while he found it more amusing than anything, really, he still thought that they could use the space.

(Why the window, one might ask, when one could use the stairs instead? ...But then why would that need asking? This is Ling we're talking about.)

He was working on setting the base of the campfire up in such a way that it would stay consolidated in one place and not burn through the ceiling of the apartment building or something, and was about two thirds of the way done when he noticed Alice arriving on the roof. He waved to her in greeting.

"Hi, Ling." Alice said with a smile as she walked over to him. "Do you need some help with that?" She asked. She still had some chalk left and a bit of alchemy would help with getting the fire safe. She would need to ask for some more soon enough.

"If you want," Ling replied. It wasn't as though he was in dire need of help in setting it up, since he had made his fair share of them on the way to Amestris (making fires was, after all, the first step to making a smoke signal, which could be important when one collapsed and their bodyguards accidentally left them behind... not that that had ever happened, noooo...), but it was a time consuming process, and if Al wanted to help out, who was Ling to stop her?

(It was still a little awkward, that this Al was a girl. But he was getting used to it, as time marched on.)

She knew that he could set up the fire, but she figured that she would make the roof underneith it a bit safer just in case. She didn't want anything to happen. She drew a quick circle and placed her hand on it, changing the make up of the roof a bit.

"There. That will prevent the fire from burning through the roof." She said before sitting down next to him.
