And so with the First Tsurugi, the fully assembled sword sheathed to his back, Cloud took for the outdoors again. The cold was nothing to him, insignificant. Opening the doors to be greeted by the familiar blue haired girl that had given him the lowdown about the alliance, he offered a simple wave.

"Hey."

Maria turned her head and raised an eyebrow, but relaxed as soon as she recognized who it was. She pushed herself off the wall and turned to face him. "Hey, Cloud." She had her own weapon tucked into its holster at her hip. "Shall we?"

"Any place in particular you have in mind?"

"The park," Maria answered, her tone as businesslike as always. "There's a pond there as well. It's frozen over - good for practice." And considering that Cloud was still relatively new to Econtra, she wordlessly decided to lead the way, sparing a moment's glance to check if he was following her lead or not.

She turned to him when they arrived, going straight to the point. "So tell me how these 'Limit Breaks' work."
