He was the farthest thing from a religious man, being the Nihilist that he was, but on this day the Joker arrived at church of his own free will. Hallelujah, hallelujah.
When was the last time he'd found himself in a church outside of Econtra? Certainly not in recent years. Most memories of his life before The Joker -- "Jack's" memories -- were hazy and not worth recalling anyways. Stalking up the isle between orderly rows of pews, he looked around for any signs of the princess he'd come to meet. The large room was empty of course and every footfall was hollowly amplified. Soon his attention was drawn to the far walls beyond the pulpit, looking for a possible church organ he could pilfer scraps from.
