When: Whenever during Stage Three of modplot.
Summery: Belldandy is pretending to be a meatpuppet and causing pain.
Warnings: Violence? Lots of it. She'll be trying to hurt almost all who enter.

It was some time after speaking with Juudai, and an hour before she were to meet Fayt and the others over by the pond, when Elise had been walking through the park, her mind wrapped tightly within her thoughts. The young, red-brown haired boy had given her quite a bit to contemplate about, and she couldn't help repeating them to herself, as if struggling to commit them to memory. She would hate to have forgotten all that the boy had advised, so this time, she was intending to take more drastic precautions.

Unfortunately, her reverie was interrupted by the sound of an explosion. Startled, she instantly snapped her head to the side, her gaze almost immediately drawn to the young woman who was quite blatantly the cause of the multitude of explosions.

"Um...excuse me?" she called over to her, tentatively, taking a step forward. "If...if I may ask...what exactly are you doing?"

Instinctively taking a step back, Elise stated, "And I'm assuming the master won't stop ordering you around, until you fulfill his orders of complete chaos and devastation?"

"The master should be happy!" Belldandy chirped and fired the blast.

Elise hastily started to move, but, with an injured arm, it wasn't as easy as before. The blast struck her stomach, and she instantly propelled backwards, falling directly onto the ground once more. Her head roughly clashed against the floor, waves of pain swiftly cascading through her entire being.

Although the princess was never one to surrender, she also knew when there wasn't anything she could do to ameloriate the predicament. Possession was out of her league. She wouldn't be able to free Belldandy, let along stop her.

Scrambling to her feet once more as quickly as she could, Elise then shifted away from the older woman. "Answer me one last question," she stated, tentatively, "what are you?"

"I am a goddess." Belldandy said and sent another blast her way. It was like trying to play whack a mole!

Now that was a surprise. Elise had not expected to hear her say that in the least - or was it meant as a metaphor? Judging from her supernatural attacks, she was pretty certain it wasn't the latter.

Shuffling aside, she managed to avoid the blast, leaving it to clash into the ground instead. With nothing else she could do, Elise turned away, beginning to run. At last, she was taking Belldandy's advice, but her intention was not of cowardice.

If Belldandy was possessed, Elise would find someone to help her.

Belldandy giggled and began to follow, tossing more blasts after her. It was fun!

Skirting from one side to the next in order to barely dodge the blasts, Elise dashed around a few trees, hoping Belldandy would lose track of her.

"Do you really think that's going to work?" Belldandy asked, sending the blasts after her.

Jerking herself to the side, she managed to avoid two of the blasts, but the last ones struck her - one of them knocking into the back of her head. With a pained gasp, she collapsed to the floor with a dull thump. Dizziness swam through her head, as a burning sensation coursed down her spine. Pressing her hands against the floor, she struggled to lift herself, but she could feel her consciousness beginning to ebb away.

Belldandy walked over to Elise and kneeled down, reaching down to grab her hand and forced her to look up, smiling down at her. "Never question the master."

Elise could feel her heart beating rapidly, fear and anticipation tainting its every pulse. Belldandy's smile may not have been cruel - or was it? - but it still sent shivers down her spine. "Release...her," Elise managed to murmur, referring to Belldandy, the one whom she thought the entity was possessing. It was all she could utter before the very last piece of her consciousness slipped away, and she was truly unconscious.

"What a foolish girl." Belldandy said, letting her go and standing up. "I think I'll leave you alive. So I can make you learn in the future." She said and turned and walked away.
