Summary: After provoking Tim on purpose, Batman heads back to contact Cissie and tell her what he's found out.
Warnings: Cissie might throw a frying pan at Bats? Oh, definitely a possibility.
After his "little" tussle with Tim, Batman headed almost straight for Cissie. By his internal clock it was maybe an hour and a half at most since he'd left the two in the school; he figured the girl had left Quatre's presence by now and headed back to her apartment. He checked several times that psycho-Robin wasn't following him, which he doubted anyway, but he had to be sure all the same. He went out of his way once as a double-back point to check and then went for Cissie's apartment. Then he had to check for signs of Tim having headed straight back to the apartment since he shared it with Cissie. But, as he had guessed, Tim wasn't anywhere to be found.
He'd be in and out fairly quickly. He just wanted to warn Cissie about what had taken place, and more specifically, tell her what he had learned from taunting the psycho-Robin and getting him to talk during their fight. He wasn't exactly proud of what happened, but that was besides the point. Right now he couldn't afford to be weak. Later, maybe. (Doubtful.)
Batman entered in typical Bat fashion: straight through the window. He did it quietly and then set himself up in the corner to await Cissie to notice him. He watched her reading for some time before finally giving a soft noise from somewhere in his throat.
