Johann was there, close to a corner as he could get to be out of the way. Standing was not a problem for him for long periods of time--he did not get tired--and so he wouldn't bother trying to take a seat in case other people did need the comfort. It was also fairly crowded so he wanted to be out of the way. If he didn't think it would "freak out" a few of the people gathered he would have made more room by leaving the suit. But, yes, that was besides the point.

His arms were crossed over his chest and he listened to Robin carefully throughout the entire speech. He would wait to make a statement until after hearing a few from others first.

There was something that could be said about someone who didn't take heed to invitations, or, for that matter, the PDA in general. Duo hadn't expected so many people to show up. At their entrance, he seemed indifferent at first, but slowly retreated to the far wall, his brow knit in mild irritation. He fought back the urge to just up and leave. Find out what Robin was up to, he supposed.

Duo'd been vaguely aware of the Keeper's post, and it's translation that had been made available, so when Robin started explaining all of that, he lost his patience for lecture and seminar. He stood from his seat in the corner and made his away around the crowd to his bedroom, slipping in to seek refuge from the claustrophobia that was slowly setting in.

Melaka had no real interest in partaking in the meeting, but her stomach was grumbling something fierce so she left the bedroom she shared with Duo, in a white t-shirt and a pair of black pajama bottoms. She walked around the edge of the room, making her way to the kitchen, opening the refrigerator door, leaning forward and looking inside, humming softly to herself.

There wasn't anything readily made, and the vampire slayer rolled her eyes, reaching into to grab one of the sticks of butter and a water bottle. Setting them on the counter, she reached up into one of the cabinets and pulled out the package of instant rice, setting it on the counter as well. She caught bits and pieces of Robin's speech as she went about getting the pan out from another cabinet, setting it on the stove then pouring in the water. She covered the pot, then rested against the counter, looking out into the living room as she waited for the water to boil.
