Summary: To celebrate losing the cuffs, Kimblee and The Joker play a deadly game.

Stepping out onto the streets, the feeling of newly acquired freedom and fear were immediately noticeable. It was as if the entire atmosphere had been plunged into a new state of caution, all at the loss of the cuffs. For what might have been the first time in the city's history, people were afraid of each other, maybe even more than they were afraid of the Keepers. Sounds of ominous explosions ringing out into the cold dark air did nothing to ease the tangible tension. But to the Joker's ears, they were musical, almost comforting. Kimblee had already started celebrating. He followed the noise to the park.
