Jesse remained determined to stay out of Kimblee's sight whenever possible. In this case, she hid in the bedroom. She lay sprawled out on the bed, tossing a pokeball up. Occasionally, she would hit the button on front to try to make something come out, but when the ball popped open, there was nothing. Jesse doubted that she would ever come to terms with the fact that her precious Dustox and Seviper were worlds away.

Right now, Snake was more interested in what Jesse had to say. "I bet Otacon could add so much to that. He'd probably lock himself in his office for a week and come out with an updated version."

Unlike the man who had first arrived at Econtra, Snake had actually become socialized in his own world.
