She was sitting outside the building, leaning against one wall and going back and forth between watching her PDA and watching Mr. Mew, who was pattering around rather aimlessly off to her left. Even though it was her psychomancy moving him, the toy still seemed to have an agenda of his own, which usually involved causing trouble of some sort. He froze in mid-run after a moment, stuffed head turning around and homing in on one of the floating Noise- and Sho.

Tugging at Shiki's jacket with both stumpy arms, he directed her attention towards the Reaper. When she did notice him, she stood up quickly, unsure if she should try to hold them off or run. Was it possible to fight Reapers and Noise alone here?

Who could know? This universe was definitely weird, but somehow Noise was able to exist in it. A Noise Plane, or something different? The Taboo Symbols hovered closer to Shiki and slowly began to morph. A wolf, a frog, and a bear were all formed from the three. They scowled and growled at the girl, while Minamimoto in the distance trodden closer and closer with that smirk.

If she'd had anywhere to back up to, she certainly would have. The wall behind her was real as anything, though, so there was no choice but to face the Noise and hope for some sort of miracle. Clenching her fists, she steeled herself and threw a hand out, pointing to the frog Noise. Without even having to say anything, Mr. Mew ran and leapt at it, claws and fangs seemingly growing from nowhere to assault the frog.

"Infinity!" Minamimoto cried from the background as Mr. Mew made the first move in this war. The claws were able to damage the frog as it was blown back, but it immediately retaliated by leaping onto the plushy with an attack. Meanwhile, the wolf would try to pounce on Shiki herself, and Sho would receive quite a shock from that. He laughed through the volts as he was shaken up by them.

Shiki, Shiki, Shiki, so they lived in the same building how hard could it be to find her room? Soma went about poking his beady blues into window after window until he saw a little black... Wait... wasn't that Shiki's toy cat? He swooped down studying the critter... What kind of unmagical stuffed animal moved on it's own?

Mr. Mew, that's who.

Soma lifted it up in his feet and resumed his search for Shiki.

The stuffed cat flailed around in the sudden grip on him, dropping the PDA in both his haste to wiggle free and from the surprise of being grabbed by a strange bat. Oh, if he had a mouth and the ability to talk, the things he would say to this bat that dared cart him away from his important task!

He stopped when he heard the clatter and did a tight turn to see what it was. A PDA? Interesting. He put the cat down before transforming back into his human form. "Hey... Cat? Where's Shiki?" He asked picking up the PDA with one hand, and holding Mr. Mew by the scruff of his neck, right up so they were face to face.

Mr. Mew wiggled more, not appreciating the way he was being handled at all. At least it was someone that knew Shiki, and not someone who was just picking him up because they were a rampant kleptomaniac or something. After a moment or two, he gave up and pointed towards the building, then at the slightly bloodstained patch of grass where Shiki had been before Quatre took her. A little out of order, sure, but it shouldn't be hard for Soma to piece together.
