Coincidentally, or un-coincidentally enough, the self proclaimed Monarch of Measurement, Sho Minamimoto was roaming the plaza aimlessly upon hearing the latest development in Econtra: transformations. Wonderful. At least he was still in tact, he thought to himself, as he wandered through the area, glancing about for anything interesting that might catch his eye. Of course, the Noise symbol might accomplish that more than anything else right now, as he hadn't suspected a Noise plane to even exist in Econtra. It wasn't black; Hanekoma didn't summon it... He approached the Noise bravely and grinned at it, with entertained curiosity. "What the factor?"

Minamimoto chuckled. "Get with the picture, Chiaki. Reapers can create Noise. Those black numbers you saw back in our tomato contest? Those were a special breed. But I have pins up my sleeves for cooking up regulars too. You're all pawns for our Game, but technically we don't like to associate ourselves with you. You're no match for the degree of a Reaper's strength!"

She exhaled sharply, annoyed, and partially turned her back to him.

I'd be more with the picture if I actually understood what I was looking at. Besides, you didn't create me. I'm not regular, and I'm not weak.

True, she wasn't as strong like this, but that didn't mean she was weak. Perhaps Chiaki really couldn't match his strength- now or back when she was herself- but that didn't give him license to drag her through the mud like that.

I'm used to being owned, but I'm nobody's pawn.

Sho smirked. "Some Old Horses Can Always Hear Their Owner Approach. I'm not doubting that, kitty. I won't erase you. All I'm saying is to watch out for the tetrahedra who will." He crouched down slightly to pat her head.

Chiaki huffed and scowled for a moment more before giving in and letting the Reaper pet her. She did turn and nip lightly at his fingers, though, in a sort of reprimand. It wouldn't hurt, but it would hopefully get the point across.

I will. Like I said, no one is going to erase me. Ever.

He removed his hand from near her and stood up straight again, grinning. "Feisty. If you say so. But I'm out. Maybe new decoration will get everyone to shut their modes. Later pussy cat." And so Minamimoto turned, ready to leave.

I don't say so, I know so.

She put her nose in the air cockily, though there was an air of gentle sarcasm with it. When he turned to leave, she stood and moved behind him, looking like she intended to follow.

It'll give them something else to talk about, if anything.

He glanced down at the cat behind him for a moment, and if she was prepared to follow or not, moved on forward. Probably to build more trash heaps, of course.

Oh, she'd follow him whether he wanted her to or not. Shifting back to the Noise sign- and effectively vanishing from general sight- Chiaki hovered quietly in his wake.
