Cloud didn't know what to do except hold her tightly. How could he have known? He couldn't have, but that didn't change the fact of what was.

She's in so much pain... and I helped cause it. There had to be something he could do to help her, yet nothing came to mind.

Still holding onto Cloud, she looked up at him. "Cloud...were things happy for us in your world?" finally able to fight back her tears of pain, Aerith wondered if she would ever come to full grips with what had happened to her, especially with how she was suddenly flooded. At the moment though, she was more concerned about Cloud and making sure he wasn't in any real pain. "Are you alright?"

It was the Shinrabanshou that had warned him of trouble. It had whispered to him to go back, that his friend was in trouble. So he had left the room and run to the park. He searched for her there but couldn't seem to find her. And the Shinrabanshou was quiet again. "Aerith!" he shouted as loud as he could. "Where are you Aerith!?"

"... yes. We are happy back home. You, me, Tifa, everyone," Cloud said softly, realizing with what she said, her version of him hadn't been so fortunate. He needed to calm her down. And there was only one thing he knew that could perhaps take her mind of what was bothering her.

"Don't be afraid," he said simply, as he allowed his white wing to come out through the back. Now matter how many times made it come out, his face would always tense and there would be a slight amount of pain for that first moment,

But just for a moment, as now his white, angel like wing was now out, and curved around Aerith.
