Bad news: more ash in UK airspace.
Good news:  Telegraph currently says forecasters expect ash to be away from London by midweek.  I'm due to arrive around 10pm Wed night at Heathrow.

Dang it, I'd forgotten you're about to go to Wales.

I will think good non-ash thoughts. Although being able to say "I was supposed to go to Wales for Welsh camp but instead there was volcanic ash so I stayed home and filmed video involving a Luke action figure and a drop spindle" would be about the best What I Did On My Vacation line for your Christmas letter. Ever.

I'm flying out of London on Friday - too bad our paths won't cross. There's not one word on the BBC1 news this morning about the ash cloud, so I imagine airspace is open!
