The back wall of the stage area at Modified features the lone remaining ruin from the homes that the three little pigs each constructed to keep the Big Bad Wolf at bay. The Clientele are actually performing at a pizza place in Visalia tomorrow (Friday) which is about 45 minutes away from me. Tickets were $5 last time I checked. I'm mildly curious.

If you have iTunes, you can hear snippets of their songs. For $5, you should go. You won't be disappointed. They really have a nice sound, and their singer Alasdair has a very unique voice. You won't be hearing them on commercial radio however, which is why they're not so well known. They have a song in the opening scene of the Jeanu Reeves/Sandra Bullock film, The Lake House.

she beat up a roadside diner waitress in Idaho for her outfit. It had greasy spoon written all over it.

LOL! You just created Idaho's image for me...

Glad to be of service. Ever seen Private Idaho? Strange movie.
Would you say this girl Mel in The Clientele looks like she could be Ducth?

My private Idaho? Yeah, it's floating around in my brains somewhere... One of the guys in that film was narcolepsic. For some weird reason I thought that was cool at the time.

At 1st I thought you were right about Mel, with the blond hair and all. But then I figured: there's a whole bunch of fair-haired people in Sweden, so she may as well be Swedish. Final verdict: she's French (because of her BB set of lips).

"BB set of lips"? What does BB mean? Bodaciously big?
