I'm still breathing. It's been practically a month since I've last posted. Since then, the family went back to the Bay Area for Easter weekend, and we're waiting on Randall Martin to release our lot so we can design the home they are going to build for us.

Ja ja, we had a fun time. We played the ol' card/drinking game ASSHOLE. It's not the same though when you have players who don't drink. So no one got too sloppy. I've had those nights. But we're all getting old enough to know our limits, so....
