The kitty ears are all from one of the manga-recap pics that come at the beginning of the chapters- you can find the scan on Curious under the Manga "G-Fantasy Summary Pages" and all the rest are from Gilbert in Wonderland, which I think was going to be scanlated and shared sometime soon. :3
