Best of luck with your rural rotation!! Will it be tough? How rural is rural???

Thank you very much ^_^ I don't think it'll be tougher than other rotations but it'll be a different experience. I'm at a different rural site for orientation right now. Where the hospital I'm going to do my placement, the population is about 14,000. I'm still new to the whole concept of rural so I'm not sure how rural that means XD

It'll be great I think. It's different because the hospital is mainly staffed by allied health professionals and there are no full time doctors there all the time (not enough of them around the area) who are not specialists, and it's mainly rehabilitation stuff. So I'll get to learn and see other aspects of patient care! ^^
