I have a postal scale with a tray I use for weighing Heidi and Sean. If you want (and if I remember) I can bring it with me on Friday.

This may be considered heresy and it does very much depend on the layout of your house and how far her room is from yours, but have you considered the possibility of turning off the baby monitor, or turning it's volume down to the point you hear real cries but not fretting? I used mine when the kids were asleep upstairs and I was downstairs and not sure of hearing them but found I didn't need it when upstairs as genuine crying would wake me up even unreinforced by a baby monitor. (I am aware that I am saying this from a POV of not knowing anything about acid reflux and if it makes a baby more prone to throwing up hence wanting to be more alert to the small noises of such an occurrence)

Oh gods, growth spurts - I remember them. The times when they just didn't want to stop feeding and I was a wreck by the end of the day!

I hope you get a good night's sleep tonight.
