How to do:

This tutorial has been done in Adobe photoshop CS.
Step 1:
Take the base.
Mine came from the
silver_sunn101.
Duplicate the base once and set it on Blur by Guassian +1 set it on opacity 53%
Dublicate the original base once more and take it up before the blured base.
Then set it on Screen, opacity 41%
Step 2:
Create a hue/saturation new adjustment layer, use the following settings:
MASTER:
HUE: +7
SATURATION: +41
LIGHTNESS: +18
Step 3:
Create selective colors new adjustment layer, use the following settings:
REDS:
CYAN: -50%
MAGENTA: +6%
YELLOW: -9%
YELLOWS:
CYAN: +11%
YELLOW: -21%
NEUTRALS:
CYAN: -1%
MAGENTA: -1%
YELLOW: +3%
Step 4:
Create a hue/saturation new adjustment layer, use the following settings:
MASTER:
SATURATION: +28
REDS:
HUE: -25
SATURATION: +33
Step 5: THE MOST IMPORTANT LAYER
Create a hue/saturation new adjustment layer, use the following settings:
MASTER:
SATURATION: +43
REDS
SATURATION: +56
YELLOWS
SATURATION: -100
CYANS:
SATURATION: +99
BLUES:
SATURATION: +100
MAGENTAS:
SATURATION: +100
Step 6:
Create a hue/saturation new adjustment layer, use the following settings:
MASTER:
HUE: +6
SATURATION: +22
Step 7:
Create a hue/saturation new adjustment layer, use the following settings:
MASTER:
HUE: -7
SATURATION: -10
And here you are, nice icon.
