Er, I'd sort that out but that's about all I can manage at the moment.
I love absolutely everything about this. The plot, the characterization (and the cutting... I've been waiting for that for-bloody-ever) and the sex - besides being hot (which it is) you just get so many extra points for lack-of-lube frustration.

Very glad you're enjoying it! I have to confess that the lube thing was half-stolen from another fic, dorcas_gustine's I think, where Sam pointed out non too gently that spit is not lube, and I realised how bloody true it was!

I've been resisting reading this because so many really good long form fics I get wrapped up in never get finished. However, I caved in today out of sheer curiosity and now I am hooked. This is wonderfully constructed and the characters read exactly as they should. So now I start my daily search to see when this gets updated.

See that, what I'm sitting on *points* that'd be the edge of my seat and I'm in danger of falling right off the blasted thing. ::WOW:: THat was really gripping.

Gene & Sam's interactions at work, Sam's reluctance to play whilst in the station and Gene's disapointment (too goo). King's a creepy sod and the TCG as ever you make even wierder.

THat image of Ray and Annie holding the Guv back will be imprinted on my brain all day (So much for conerntrating at work)

Glad you thought so! King is a bit creepy, yes. More of him later... And the TCG was one of the most well-done aspects of LoM and she scared the shit out of me (especially in the last episode *shudder*) so I'm pleased I did her justice.
Very sorry for distracting you from work. I'm just as bad, honestly!
