I've experienced deja vu and a ghost at the same time

Was walking back from Charlton station this evening when I saw this guy coming around the corner. I turned away for 2 seconds and he was gone. Thought "Ah, he has probably quickly gone into the house on that corner". I was satisfied with that explanation, but then suddenly I thought I saw the same guy again walk around the corner. I looked away
