EEEEEE!

I GOT A TELEGRAPH BALLOT PLACE IN THE GREAT NORTH RUN! (We're hopefully doing it as a school team, to raise money for our charity of the year).

Unfortunately, amidst the excitement of having my name pulled out of the metaphorical hat, it means I actually have to start training properly to prepare for a 13 mile race.

Oh dear.

Ha haa, running comes later, for now I shall have to wake up early and die slowly and painfully every morning for the next 8 months... I am sooo gonna walk the actual thing!

(Btw I love it how people always mimic others' icons, I do it all the time, it's so funny!)

WOWEE!!! Well done to you and I am full of admiration and applause- you would NEVER catch me doing a 13 mile run unless the reward was something the cure for cancer or perhaps a romantic weekend for two with JRT.

Aaaaagh, I am soooooo fucked!

I think I'll just walk it... maybe I can persuade JRT to join in! LOL would that make you join me us?

I think that that might possibly make me hop on a train and join you all :P

We are raising money for our Rag Week charity this year by dressing up as tube stations, in uniforms and as something else that I can't remember :P Also, we have our show in which I am performing a segment from A Midsummer Night's Dream with others that I have directed, in preparation for doing the entire thing in June and all its very scary yet I'd rather be doing that, I think, than running :P

To be honest, even though I know nothing of drama and have only GCSE Romeo and Juliet under my Shakespeare Belt, I think I would actually rather be doing what you're doing than running for AT LEAST 4 hours along a 20k race track...

WHAT AM I DOING?!

Ah well, I spose itll get me fitter and all healthy and so on. It's just gonna be painful at first!

Anyways, GOOD LUCK with your Rag Week thing,a nd the dressing up and the play!! You'll ace it all, I'm sure!

Ooh, well done!!
Frankly I'm way too lazy to walk [let alone RUN] 13 miles!
Good luck training!

Well,I figured as the entrance fee is £38, it's a great incentive to get fit (ie: I MUST get fit or I will actually DIE!) and cheaper than going to a gym all year!

As long as you don't point and laugh as I puff along looking like death, I think that'll be alright. X]
