[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] Unless I specifically state in my post/comments that something is unhackable, I don't mind if you want to do anything of the sort.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Sure, but I have no idea how effective that will be on someone like Dave.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Go right ahead.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] I'm okay with it, personally, but expect Dave not to reciprocate nine times out of ten.
