The Nightmare Armor Studios suit you see in my icon pix is about 60lbs of gear and surprisingly well balanced on the body. it is exceedingly difficult to sit down in this red suit, but with comfortable boots, standing for about 4-6 hours isn't so bad. Temperature-wise, its not that bad either as the undersuit is simply a black lycra zentai suit and the helmet has two fans in the front - one to cool the forehead and face and the other to keep the visor from fogging...

The description on the seller's website: Costumes Inc is vague beyond the basic description...

for the price and what's included, i can only assume it's blown ABS not the nicer molded polycarbonate NAS's cinematic-grade suits are made from.
