Yeah, I'm eating like a college age boy. Its not like I don't have a freezer full of food, a cupboard of stuff that begs to be cooked, and even bread in the breadbox....I'm just eating cashew butter plain. LOL
I did eventually add some yogurt and granola, but this seems to be my vegetarian week or something--I haven't wanted meat for a week. Or veggies--just grains and dairy and fruit. Weird, no?
I buy it at a local health food store. Its fresh ground, right by the fresh ground peanuts. Whole Foods and Fresh Market usually have it, if you have one in the area. Its not salted, so it starts out tasting a bit bland, but its very sweet. I store it in the fridge. :)
