KPBS Radio, which was broadcasting fire news all day yesterday, is now broadcasting on a different frequency, 94.9. I suppose that KPBS' transmitter suffered a power outage and the people at FM 94/9 (the station) volunteered to let KPBS use their studio. The annoying thing is that there are commercials. But I suppose FM 94/9 still has to pay its
