The Heroes Against Hunger Tour

Though this isn't an official "tour" (meaning I won't be actually traveling to other cities to perform), I'm setting this up as a charity event to help the hungry and homeless during the month of December. The Eben Brooks Band and several other musicians (TBA) will be part of

Likin' this idea! Every summer my bandmate Stu Markus coordinates a Harry Chapin tribute concert here that raises food and money for the Long Island Cares food bank, and we others in the band help out where we can.

I'll have to run this by the guys and the venues, of course, but I'd like to get on board if I can. I'll let you know! :-)

Eben, I'm sorry our venues both balked because they didn't have enough lead time to manage this. Our two big shows this month are tonight and tomorrow, so I knew when I asked them that it was perilously short notice. :-(

But the guys in the trio are definitely down with the idea, so if you're going to run with it again next holiday season, we'll be on board for sure!

I'll definitely be doing it next year. I hope it gets a bit bigger, too. (Right now, I'm still the only artist on the tour. ;-) )
