My dad is treating this whole remodeling thing like how I imagine Howard Dean would've treated the invasion of Normandy. Since I no longer have to do the entire project myself, I'm now in charge of the demo, which basically means I get to strip the walls behind the appliances down to the studs with a sledgehammer. i think i'm the only person who loves montages. freakin' love. them. i don't know why. but then again, i'm also probably the only person who doesn't think that clips-show episodes of sitcoms are total cop-outs. i love them, love them, love them. so, i was pretty happy with that portion of the oscars. even the joke montages were great.

maybe this is a sign that i have ADD or something. or that i'm just terribly easy to please and more comfortable with what is familiar. either way, it doesn't bode well! ;-)
