The problem with being a slow reader is that list of twenty books tempting me whilst I am only half finished the current book.

There is a part of me that wants to treasure the story- savor it, ponder it, and apply it where application is..well...applicable (or in some cases necessary). After all, someone put some thought, time and energy into writing it.

but Ooooo those other books piled on my shelf (or the library's shelf) just look soo delish!

Ah yes, the einy-meany-miny-mo game. I am quite familiar with that one =P (obviously I know the game, but not how to spell it. Pitiful, just pitiful!)

Maybe with experience I can read a book as I walk to and from work every day. Now that would be interesting.
