So I discovered that somehow, mysteriously, almost all (but not all all) of my video files are MISSING off of my computer

a couple weeks back i heard that virus was going around wiping out peoples illeagally downloaded music and videos

Strange that if that IS what it is, it only affected one of two drives AND not ALL of my files, just MOST
any similar reports?

I'm fairly certain that the files were in fact, DELETED entirely (I checked the properties and it said the used space on the drive was almost nonexistant). HOWEVER. I am a disgusting pervert who would love not to be caught for my ummmmm.... questionable taste in the illicit.
