Leslie Knope is a character on an upcoming NBC comedy show by the creators of The Office. She works for this fictional city.
So I amused myself by emailing this apparently functional email on the website of this city. And I surprisingly got a response, probably from a writer of the show lol.

Make sense now? Sorry for being so vague aha.
