Have you considered asking her for a one-on-one meeting, maybe offer to take her for some coffee and discuss things in a laid-back environment? Approach her in a conciliatory way, and make it clear that your career is very important to you. Make it seem like you're asking her for 'valuable' input on how things might be more harmonious.

Maybe she's got some shit going on in her personal life that's making her moody, or something. Who knows. Good luck!

thanks for the advice, im gunna try that this week. as far as being a slave...im on the floor full time, but i still get in trouble when things arent clean.
