Hmm, it is a good debate. I might like to engage when I have some more time - and I'm on spring break in a week, conveniently enough.
I also still owe you and explanation of... what was it, "moral and linguistic requirements"? for God. Something like that. Mostly, it is a way to accommodate the possibility for his existence without necessarily believing in it. It carries also a side-effect of the benefits of faith, when belief is suspended.
