I'm glad you did. I joined lymphoma because of my aunt's ordeal. I checked out your LJ because you said you like animation. Good luck with everything!

yea, i've only personally witnessed one person deal with cancer, but i wasn't even close to her. it was a friend's mom who unfortunately lost her fight after several years of fighting. but i'll do my best to keep this thing under control so i can get on with my life. hope your aunt fares well with her illness.

and yea, i'm just a typical lover of all things cartoon/comics-related. planning to return to cali later this year to keep working towards a career in animation, so we'll see how that goes!

i dunno about everyone else, but it just seemed like a good idea to me. its the closest i've been to having a near-death experience, but i'm sure there's others out there that can relate.
