Hehe, it's a lot of fun doing all the cooking, but my back does complain after a while. I shall try and sort out pics before the hungry hordes turn up and dive in! :)

To be honest, I buy mine in a large tin from my friendly Turkish Food Centre supermarket...

Happily they stock greek cypriot food as well as turkish food,
