I've asked this of almost everyone -
do you have this on PDF so can read on Kindle?Or one whole word file so can make my own? I could make one from all the posts but I don't have time!
I want to read this when away from home - it looks like good fun!

We don't have an e-reader compatible version at the moment (our original plan didn't pan out, sadly), but we are looking into options and hope to have one soon. We'll update the header with a link as soon as we have one, and I'll try to remember to respond to this comment with a link, as well.
