I found the first part pretty ironic with Jensen snapping at Jared about the 'feeling alive' thing then practically jumping him after returning from the hospital.

The last line was totally ... wow! (if I was good with words I would write stories not annoy other people by dissecting theirs :D )
He'll be even more troubled now.
Guess is bye bye for now the 'telling Jared the truth' part.
