Haha, that last line is the whole reason why I wrote this, actually. That, and that it proves that staring at the ceiling during maths class is sometimes beneficial to muses. Not that anyone would ever do that, as maths is obviously the most enthralling thing ever. ;)
*whimper* This is what everyone tells me about memorising Moonlight. I'm serious, everyone I've talked to about it says he or she couldn't memorise it and thusly gave up, and the few who had played it couldn't remember it anymore. I think I've been doing okay so far, but I haven't really assessed the situation in depth and IT MAKES ME AFRAID Z0MG.
Math class is an excellent place for the muses to plot. Though my muses can't afford to do that because calc II is hard and I need to pay attention to save my GPA. :(
Re Moonlight, YOU CAN DO IT. SEE MY ICON? YOU WILL PWN THAT PIECE.
Ew, calculus. I'm taking probability/statistics, which isn't too terribly bad, as math goes. Yet. O.O
Moonlight is about 3/4 ready. And I don't know if that's good enough. So I'm not sure whether to be proud or mournful. But you inspired me to not sit here shriveling about how eye caint pleh teh pian0ez 0mg my lyfe iz 0vur 4evah and to actually go practice, so merci! My odds of living through tomorrow (er, later today *facepalm*) are vastly improved. :D
Actually, I really did hit my head on a pipe at school earlier today when I bent under some steps to see what in the world my friends were doing Lurking under there. No Gaunts though, just pain. :P
*sigh* When he died, though, I was honestly in shock for the next, oh, twenty minutes. I detested how they just killed him as a means to arrest Mama. Not cool, he had so much more potential as a character. I'm sure if he had lived, him and Tiny would have taken over Ruggsville and everything would have worked out for the Firefly clan in the end. :D What's really sad is that I think he got more lines in the first ten minutes of Rejects than in all of Corpses. *headdesk* Still, I really grew attached to him. It may have been the tow truck, or how he neglected to button his shirt, or THE POLICE CAR ADVENTURE XD, or a combination thereof. :P
Are we really the only Otis/Baby shippers on livejournal brave enough to come out and say it? Oh, we are. Whoaaaa.
Hehe, Marvolo’s mud theory. When I think on it, it sort of sounds like some hardcore punk rock band. :D
See, I know that the Firefly clan had to die in order for Rejects to be such an awesomely awesome movie, but that doesn't make it hurt any less. :)
how he neglected to button his shirt... CERTAINLY that is not an important reason why I adore Rufus. I like his depth and understated eloquence. :) Man, I can't ever stop talking about the Firefly kids. Catch me on AIM one night and I'll babble your ear off. :)
I dare you to start a punk band called Marvolo's Mud Theory. Your shows could feature mud wrestling and dirt dobbing.
Well, they did sort of have to die, for the tragic beauty of it among other things, but at least they had a lot of fun before they did. :D
Mwahaha, methinks Rufus is just generally appealing to the universe. *grin* I mean, the long-suffering quality is lovely, and his glorious looks up to/resents relationship with Otis, and his martyrdom, yes, and his general manliness is good too. :P
*secretly adds you to AIM*
Omg. Dirt dobbing. Punk rock. Decaying pureblood asshats. *ceases to exist*
Properly I'm from a ways outside Rockville. However, I go (went, will go again?) down to Baltimore all the time because it's pretty much the coolest city I know, and I go snog visit Poe's grave every chance I get. :)
I'm so excited about coming back. I'm currently in Las Vegas, which is a huge difference from the beautiful east coast. I hate the desert and I want my trees and my rain and my history. x.x
yick, Vegas well if you ever want to hang out.. lol i actually just made a real life HP slasher friend in kensington, which is not terribly far from there i go down to rockville all the time for, er, 'shopping'

Oof, and good luck with the Moonlight Sonata. I could never manage to memorise that first movement, no matter how many damn times I played it.

I also adore the Gaunt drabble. Love Marvolo's mud theory, it's so beautifully apt. <3

Ooh, one of my dearest friends in the world lives in Kensington, actually. Depending how fast you drive it's about 10-15 minutes south of Rockville.
(OMG THAT ZELDA MOVIE IT SLAYS ME DEAD.)
