Okay, so I seriously love everything about this. Both the fic and the commentary. I especially enjoyed the comments about your writing process, how you did this and made it work in terms of the backwards/forwards story.

Oh, also! I'm glad you put in the comment about the book and the opening line. I remember wondering about that when I first read this. And that you knew the title before you started writing. I do that sometimes, and other times the title doesn't come to me until the end.

Anyway, this is awesome.

Haha, thank you for asking for this, because the forward/backward thing is something I'd wanted to talk about. Seriously, so grateful to my beta because I am not that smart.

Google is a wonderful and amazing thing. Titles are hard, usually, especially because I want them to be perfect. This one wasn't and that's still a little weird.
