Had a really bad day. Lots of craziness going on *sigh* living at a shelter has been harder than I ever imagined, and on top of all that they confiscated my meds from me, (lots of rules there) and I wont be able to get more til I see a doc in a week, so I was running pretty much on empty as far as the depression. if i sounded too harsh today on the phone then im sorry but thats just the way we feel about it.we love you to death and want to see you happy.we understand how hard it is with mental illness.it can all be in a jumble sometimes.and thats stressful.so i do understand more than you think i do.we can talk about it more later if you arent mad at me already.

You know that I don't especially like you, so any compliments from me must be entirely genuine.

I respect you for taking the hard road, living in a shelter, in order to work through your current problems. I fully expected you to flake out and skip town when the going got rough. You have surprised me by what you are willing to do to improve your situation. Your actions, far more than your words, have gone a long way toward convincing me that you are sincere.

I don't know if that means anything to you, but I try to be fair. If I am willing to tell people when I think they are fucking up, I can also tell them when it looks like they are doing something right.
