Effects of caffiene

As observed by myself. This is not a proper scientific study, and the things listed here may be coincidental or a result of other ingredients of the pop. However, they are gleaned from years of observations of myself when on and off of caffiene. First, let me list the three levels of addiction (or non-addiction) I may use. Oh really? It has less than Dr. Pepper, though, doesn't it? I may have to alter my strategy of that is incorrect. :)

Whenever I try to get off caffeine in the summer, I get awful leg pains for my efforts D:

Don't know if it's from the caffeine withdrawl, or general dehydration, though (because I typically don't drink much of anything if I cut out the caffinated fluids - water=bleh, herbal tea=cramps, milk can't sit out like the others, etc)

My friend (who is married to a nurse!) says caffiene constricts your viens, so it's probably them changing over. I get circulation problems when I drink a lot of caffiene, I think...

I thought it dialated them, which was why migraine pills contain caffeine :o
